I’m leaving a 1-star review based on a frustrating experience. I booked this taxi service in advance but received no communication at all in the days leading up to my arrival, no confirmation, no reminders, no instructions. Because of this lack of coordination, I decided to book another company instead. The second provider was excellent, they communicated immediately, sent clear messages, reminders, and instructions days ahead. That level of service is exactly what was missing here.
