  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unfortunately, my experience with GVTAXI was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, i called there office and deadlines were not respected, and I was left without proper updates despite repeated attempts to resolve the situation. I booked 3 weeks ago and the first time they didn’t even know about my booking and no one was at Charleroi airport at 1am they didn’t even care. I then booked again and from my experience, promises were made that were not fulfilled, resulting in unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial loss.   One star because 0 is not possible. We clearly stated that our flight was at 3:00 PM, and according to the company’s own policy we should have arrived at the airport at least 2 hours before departure. However, after boarding, we were informed that there would be multiple passenger pickups, with an estimated airport arrival time of 2:30 PM. To avoid missing our flight, we had to get out and book an Uber at a very high cost. An airport transfer service should be reliable, especially when customers provide their flight details in advance.   I am so happy with this experience that I have to write this comment. Punctual, clean and comfortable vehicles. Their super pet-friendly policy made our traveling with our dog an absolute pleasure - a first-rate experience. So I had to share it with you. The driver was excellent. Overall, highly recommend!

  For over two years I have used their service without many problems besides once a very unprofessional driver calling his family on speaker phone and driving in flip flops (which is not allowed by the way) But over a month ago (08/03/2026) I had a transfer at 11pm on a sunday evening from Charleroi airport to Brussels. Our flight landed and we were welcomed with a message saying they could not serve us tonight without any alternative. Calling the driver was useless, he told us he just left the airport and hung up.
